RSS and SMS for groups.
We’re testing a new service at ZapTXT: GroupFeed.
What is GroupFeed?
The GroupFeed service allows you to create or join a group, in which every member is subscribed to the same RSS feed (GroupFeed). (ZapTXT will create the GroupFeed for you; You don’t need to know anything about RSS.) Every member of the group has the right to update the GroupFeed (unless that right is revoked by the owner of the group). Every time a GroupFeed is updated, all members get an SMS notification with the update. You can update the feed from your computer at ZapTXT.com or from your cell phone by sending an SMS to the address that ZapTXT will provide.
